Each Image is finished loading when it starts to spin.  Load time varies with user connection speed. (Each Scene file is typically less than 100K) Average load time is 10 seconds.

If you have a BLANK SCREEN -Re-Load or Refresh the Image by selecting the view from the left side menu.  This will also restart the spinning.

You do not have to download  plug-ins or special software to view the VT360 images.   Your browser needs to be Java enabled.   (Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher is recommended)

If the image does not load after 30 seconds, or if you get a message that says" can not located ivr file, verify that the URL is correct"  close out window, clear your memory cache and try again.

If you still are unable to view an image, verify that your browser has its Java settings enabled.  Most can be accessed through the Internet options off of your tools menu.
