VT360 and AOL

 

America Online compresses graphics to display web pages quicker. However, this feature will prevent you from accessing the VT360 scenes. If you are using America Online and are unable to see the VT360 scenes, you need to disable software compression by following the very easy procedure below.

Remember!!   AFTER SETTING YOUR GRAPHICS> CLEAR YOUR CACHE TO RE- VIEW THE SCENE!!!

Aol 3.0 users read the following

  1. Sign on to America Online and open the America Online browser.
  2. Click on the "Prefs" button, fig.jpg (6198 bytes), located at the top of the browser.
  3. This will bring up a box titled, "Internet Options." Click on the "Web Graphics" tab located in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Remove the checkmark that appears in the white box next to "Used compressed graphics" by clicking on the white checkmark box. Afterwards, it should appear as shown in the picture below.

  5. Click "OK." You will now have the capability of viewing the 360° images.

 

Aol 4.0 users read the following

  1. Sign on to America Online and open the America Online browser.
  2. Click on the "My AOL" button and select preferences.
  3. From here select WWW

  4. This will bring up a box labeled AOL Internet Properties
  5. Select the last tab (Web Graphics) and make sure there is no checkmark in the box Use compressed Graphics
  6. CLICK APPLY AND GO BACK TO VT360.com
